Desktop · eye tracker
We ship a Tobii eye tracker to your home (~2 weeks via DHL). It clips to your monitor. A small Chrome extension turns green when capture is live. You browse normally.
Laptop · webcam
Software only. Install once, the front camera handles gaze. Lower precision than the dedicated tracker — but no shipping, no setup.
Android · mobile app
A background app on your Android phone records what surfaces you use — social, video, browsers, audio, AI agents. No artificial test setup. Just everyday use.

Your name and email never sit in the same database as your browsing or gaze. Joins happen behind the wall, on consented panel IDs.
Gaze is computed from near-infrared light on the desktop tracker, and from camera frames that are processed and discarded on the device. We store eyes — never faces.

Things people ask before they apply.
- What does ATTEX actually see?
- On desktop: where on the screen your eyes land, plus the surfaces you visit (sites, AI tools, video). On mobile: which apps you use and for how long. We do not record audio, key passwords, or anything inside private fields like banking forms.
- Can I pause it?
- Yes. Every capture mode has a pause button. Use it when you need to. Paused months don't qualify for that month's gift card — that's the only consequence.
- Where is my data stored?
- On EU servers. Personal identifiers (name, email, payout details) are stored separately from behavioural and gaze data, with a one-way pseudonym between them.
- How do I leave?
- Email us. We delete your record. Done.
